Health Insurance:

Coverage is effective the first of the month following a 90 day waiting period.

Two Plan Options: 

1. Plan A: $250 deductible 

2. Plan B: $1,000 deductible
   (PPO: 100% Coverage after deductible; Non-PPO: 90% coverage after deductible)

Prescription Card

Deductible:  $5.00 Generic drugs - $15.00 Brand Name drugs
90 day supply for one fee ($5.00) with mail-in order

Flexible Spending Account

Pre-tax payroll deductions:

1. Medical Expenses (out-of-pocket)

2. Dependent Care Expenses

Savings Investment Plan (401K):

Full time employees eligible after 1 year employment.
(Enrollment windows are quarterly January 1, April 1, July 1,and October 1)

Contribute up to 15% (not to exceed $10,000) pre-taxed dollars
Air Cargo contributes 25% of the dollar up to 6% of employee's salary.

Vacation:
1 Year  /  5 Vacation Days
2 Years / 10 Vacation Days
5 Years / 15 Vacation Days
